My dog has horrible skin allergies. Any way I can get rid of?

All day and night my dog is itching and scratching and rubbing your feet on the back of things. She has a terrible skin allergy and I'm trying to find a way to help. Sometimes it seems you are in pain, itching, and when my parents think we should put her down so much I've tried has not worked. This is a last effort, so anyone have any idea of what you can do to try to help? All day and night my dog is itching and scratching and rubbing your feet on the back of things.
