My 6 yr old dog has skin issues, allergies; Any good products to keep her from chewing herself up?

She seems to be a reaction to fleas, although I keep medicine on her. Switched from Frontline to C (ADVANTIX veterinarian's recommendations. Dog hairdresser proposed "green" products such as shampoo, without alcohol, etc. that I use. She chewed remains of his hair and open wounds as she gets a flea. Lookin 'for all the vitamins selection and or appropriate response. Please help me my baby is just miserable! Adams flea spray works well and you can use with Frontline or ADVANTIX. You can spray (especially the underside, which is in close contact with the grass) before going outside. It protects against fleas, mosquitoes and flying insects, so you did a bit of food tests to determine whether there is a food allergy? My dog has the same problem, there is a 7-year-old pit bull We are conducting a trial of food to Hill d / d (dermatology diet) until I tried Advantix and Adams, like Benadryl, prednisone (which of course will give you temporary relief) and other antihistamines without much success, which developed this just two years ago. You could also consider taking her to a dermatologist to know they have dogs or any allergy test. Good luck! switch vets and get a second opinion.just as you would if you were not getting the results of your personal physician. Research on the raw food diet. You never look back. A bit of fish oil every day also helps. Click on my avatar to see what I think. All recommended by my vet, a nutritionist. She is also a specialist in skin allergies and many times people come to see because they are in final trial. Put in raw foods, and disappears. Not too much shampoo, swimming in the water. Good luck. I had a Golden Retriever who has had this problem and horrible.she was a disaster. Then someone told me a lamb and rice formula dog food (I used Nutro Lamb & Rice) The change seems some dogs are sensitive to corn flour in dog food, and they have an allergic reaction to it looks "hot spots" and incessant itching to do. So I switched her food and it was like 6 weeks magic.within clarified everything and we do not have these problems. Try it.it does not hurt:) My vet sells a product called EFA caps. It is an omega fatty acid supplementation of vitamin E and A makes a big difference to my itchy boy (there is strong evidence that vitamin E is a natural anti-inflammatory.it really works to alleviate inflammation caused by a number of things including allergies and arthritis). Poor guy! My mother is a Beagle to suffer terribly from allergies. It turned out that the little fella was very allergic to corn, and his health began to clean up right where they cook the chicken, vegetables and rice or potatoes began for him.
